The SAG Foundation congratulates Emmy nominees for 2010, with special thanks going to those actors who have generously participated in the Foundation’s national speaker series Conversations over the past year.
Featured guests include such current Emmy nominees as the cast of Glee (including individual nominees Matthew Morrison and Chris Colfer), the cast of Breaking Bad (including individual nominees Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul), the cast of Lost (including individual nominees Matthew Fox and Michael Emerson), The Big Bang Theory’s Jim Parsons, Modern Family’s Ty Burrell, Friday Night Lights’ Connie Britton, Mad Men’s John Slattery, The Closer’s Kyra Sedgwick, True Blood’s Stephen Moyer, 30 Rock’s Jane Krakowski, The New Adventures of Old Christine’s Julia Louis-Dreyfus and House’s Hugh Laurie.
Inviting well-known, working actors to share their experiences with audiences of their peers, Conversations has an impressive track record of drawing guests who have enjoyed subsequent Emmy recognition, in nominations as well as wins. Past seasons have included the casts of Dexter, House, Weeds and The Office, Holly Hunter (Saving Grace), Rainn Wilson (The Office), Tony Shalhoub (Monk), Michael C. Hall (Dexter), Kristin Chenoweth (Pushing Daisies), Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) and Jon Cryer (Two and Half Men).
We wish the best to all of this year’s nominated actors, and look forward to events with many more!
